Stock

All our items are in stock at our warehouse in Assen, the Netherlands. Is an item out of stock? This will be clearly indicated on the product page, and you won’t be able to order it. However, you can enter your email address to receive a message as soon as the item is available again.

Shipping times

If you place an order on a business day before 3:30 p.m., it will be shipped the same day. The exact delivery time depends on the destination country. In the table below, you can see the expected delivery times. Please note that during busy periods, delivery may take a little longer.

Tracking

Depending on the delivery address, the order will be shipped with a specific delivery service. Most orders are shipped with GLS and DPD; orders outside the EU are usually shipped with FedEx. As soon as the package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with the track & trace code so you can follow your package. Not home at the time of delivery? No worries! The courier will then bring the package to the nearest pickup point.

Tax & Duty

For UK residents, we now deliver Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means that all import duties, VAT, and handling fees are already included in the price.

You’ll not have to pay anything extra upon delivery, the amount shown at checkout is the total price you pay. No surprises, just smooth delivery.

For customers outside the EU, you are responsible for any import duty or tax required by your country. We cannot provide specific cost estimates; please contact your local customs office for detailed information.

Customers are fully liable for any parcels returned to The Chesterfield Brand due to unpaid customs charges or ignored/unseen emails from your customs office or chosen carrier. All shipping costs, return shipping fees, customs fees, and administrative costs charged to us will be deducted from any refunds or gift cards.

Missed Deliveries

If an item is not delivered because the recipient is not home, it will usually be returned to a local depot and an information card will be left with instructions. After the second delivery attempt, items not collected from the depot will be returned to The Chesterfield Brand. A full refund of goods will be issued minus our postal charge and admin fee. 

We advise customers to choose a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the item, such as a home or workplace.
