How can I contact customer service?

You can contact us by sending a ticket via our support portal. You can also call us at (050) 763 08 89 or use the contact form on our website. We’re happy to assist you!

How can I return an item?

You can easily return your order through our return procedure. We charge a return fee of €4.95, which will be deducted from the amount you receive back. It is possible to choose a different carrier, but we do not cover these costs. Gift packaging is non-refundable.

Different rules apply for customers outside EU.

How do I best care for my leather item(s)?

As soon as you get your product, it's ready to use. We don't recommend treating it with leather wax beforehand.To make sure your leather item(s) last as long as possible, we recommend maintaining them regularly. Treat your Chesterfield Brand item(s) at least 4 times a year for the best protection.

We've developed special products to help you out, like our Leather Wax and Wax Spray. These products clean and care for the leather all in one go. The wax is colorless, dries quickly, and doesn't stick, making it suitable for all leather colors (except for the Novum Series). We also made a handy instruction video that you can find on our care tips page. Never apply the leather wax directly to the product; always use a cloth or piece of fabric to spread the wax evenly.

Additionally, we have a Protection Spray that helps prevent your leather bag from transferring color onto light clothing. Color transfer can happen under certain conditions, especially in warm weather or when sweating. This spray was specially developed in collaboration with the manufacturer for optimal results. 

With these tips and products, your leather bag will stay in top condition! 

Due to current shipping regulations, customers outside the EU unfortunately can't order the Protect Spray and Wax Spray. 

Where do The Chesterfield Brand products come from?

Our products come from India. We work closely with experienced suppliers there to create unique leather. We regularly visit the factories and ensure that every step of the production process is of high quality. We only choose SA8000 and/or SEDEX certified factories and use leather that complies with the REACH standard. A lot of our leather is vegetable-tanned, meaning it's chrome-free. 

The hides for our products mainly come from India and Poland. We use 90% cowhide and 10% buffalo leather. Leather is a by-product of the meat industry, and we turn it into sustainable, beautiful products. For example, our Cow Wax Pull Up leather is treated with natural waxes and oils, resulting in a soft and flexible finish. This leather can be easily re-treated, which contributes to the durability and lifespan of your product. 

What types of leather does The Chesterfield Brand use? 

We use two types of leather: cow leather and buffalo leather. With this leather, we've developed various finishes. You can find more information about this on this page: "Our leather" page.

All laptop bags are equipped with a foamed and fully protected laptop compartment. This way you can be sure that your laptop is stored safely and securely. All models are made of the highest quality full grain leather. This way you are certain that you will enjoy our craftsmanship for years.

A Chesterfield laptop bag is available in different colours. By default all Chesterfield bags are produced in the colours black, brown and cognac. All Chesterfield laptop bags are also delivered in different sizes. For example, you can safely and safely carry a 13 "MacBook, a 14" laptop, a 15" laptop, or a 17" and 18 "laptop. Some of our laptop bags come with a trolley strap. With this you can simply attach the bag to a suitcase when you travel. For optimal protection of your laptop we also offer stylish leather laptop sleeves.

Leather laptop bags, a suitable bag for every laptop size

All leather laptop bags come with a long and adjustable shoulder strap. This strap ensures that you can use the bag comfortably as a shoulder bag. The shoulder strap in many cases is detachable. Thus you can also choose to hand-carry the bag. Do you prefer to have both hands free? Then a leather laptop backpack may offer a solution.

The Chesterfield leather laptop bags are made of high quality wax pull-up leather. Wax pull-up leather is characterized by a soft and supple structure. Any signs of wear can be easily rubbed away due to the special wax treatment that the bag has undergone. This keeps your laptop bag looking as new for years. For optimal maintenance we recommend using leather wax.
