Normally, the hide is split in three layers, with the Soft Class, the hide is split in only two layers. This makes the leather up to 20% thicker. In addition, Soft Class leather is a 'finished' leather, which means that it has been sprayed in the correct colour. This, together with a flexible dyed counter edge, ensures a modern and luxurious look.
